Chronology of a Vocation

It all started with a macaron.

2012 The interest in pastry emerged in 2012, during the pregnancy of my first daughter, when I started making sweets just for fun. It all started with a macaron, the product that marked the beginning of this adventure. What started as a hobby soon turned into a passion that grew over the years, leading me to turn my love for baking into a profession.

2019 In 2019 MomMom was born, a project in which I started by collecting custom orders and which allowed me to gain direct experience in the world of pastry. Each commission helped me to perfect techniques, explore flavors and develop a unique seal of quality, based on attention to detail and excellence in each creation.

2019 In 2019 I opened my first store, Mom & Mom - Tartas y Dulces Personalizados, in Palma de Mallorca. This space became the center of innovation, where new recipes and techniques are created and perfected to offer unique and personalized products.

I’m Maria, a pharmacist-turned-baker mom… My story begins in 2012 when I was pregnant with my daughter Lucia and I started making sweets for fun (and sweet tooth, to be honest…).

Over the years and with two more children, this project became the passion of my life, if I close my eyes I see recipes, colors, figures … I feel the smells that permeate my workshop and I notice the lemon or orange of the cake I baked that morning.

I always tell you that the memories of a sensation last a lifetime… I would like to be part of your stories, to be in the photos of birthdays, weddings and baptisms… I would like your mouths to water every time you think of a Mom&Mom candy, to be that memory that lasts forever…
